Contact form

Across the website we use contact forms to make it easier for people interested in our services to get in touch with us. These contact forms will collect personal data such as email address, first and last name, phone number, company name and job titles.

By filling in the contact form with your data, you authorise this website to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

Email marketing

This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the user. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the user, as well as when the user interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

FACEBOOK (VISITOR ACTION PIXEL)

We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”)) on our website. This allows user behaviour to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, which is why we are informing you, based on our knowledge of the situation. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. The legal basis for the use of this service is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR. How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your project, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other services, company news and events that we think may be of interest to you. We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of Jaywood.

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User and the User can always request that the Data Controller (Jaywood) suspend or remove the data.

Where will we store your information?

The information we collect about you will be stored in the cloud, in our hosting provider’s (Dropbox) environment within each service.

Marketing

On an ad-hoc basis, we would like to send you emails containing information about our services, new content,  company news and events that may be of interest to you. To do this, users must opt-in to receive our communications here. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out later. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us at the following address data.requests@jaywood.agency. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct, update or remove information you think is inaccurate.
